Real Estate

Since its inception in 2011, ARI Global Management (formerly ARI Capital) has originated in excess of $5 Billion in real estate loans. We provide real estate loans in all major markets in the U.S., U.K., Latin and Asian markets (major markets only)



Asset Type: Assisted Living, Hospitality, Industrial/Logistic  Facilities, Manufacturing, Medical Office, Multifamily, Office, Mixed Use, Self Storage, Student Housing and others (case by case)

  • Up to 85% LTV
  • Distressed max 50% LTV

Interest Rate

  • As low as 9 -14%
  • Distressed (rate may be higher depending on overall review)

  • 10M - 500M  (loans below 10M are considered based upon overall review)
  • 501M and more (available upon request and overall review)

Fees

  • Commitment Fee: (determined based upon overall loan review)
  • Closing Fee: 1 - 2% (loans below 10M please inquire within)

Loan Terms

  • 1 - 15 yrs  (lending term depend on loan/asset type and exit strategy)
  • Fixed  & Interest Only 

Closing Time

  • As quick as 14 -30 days (emergency situations, based on borrower and deal type)
  • Average time within 45 - 60 days

 

Short Term Cash Flow - Distress Liquidity Situation

Approach

 Our ability to provide short term cash flow will enable clients to receive cash robustly in situations of stress and distress. We will provide funding to your company from 5M - 250M for distressed cash flow situations.

Terms

  • Interest Rate: 9 - 22% (depending on company profile and exit strategy)
  • Loan: 5M - 250M (loans that fall between 1.3M - 5M are considered based upon overall review)
  • 251M and more (available upon request and overall review)
  • 6 months - 3 yr repayment term 
  • Recourse Loan 
  • Prepayment Penalty - up to 5% (depending on deal structure) 
  • Closing: as quickly as 48hrs - 10 days  (depending on borrower and deal structure) 
  • Commitment Fee: (determined based upon overall loan review)
  • Closing Fee: 2 - 3% (loans below 5M please inquire within)
  • Market: U.S., and U.K.
