OUR HISTORY

Founded in 2011, ARI Global Management (predecessor ARI Capital) is a business advisory firm headquartered in Chicago. We are a privately- owned company with a talented staff located in all major markets of the U.S. Since the initial launch we have transitioned from a financial services firm to now encompass; Branding, Crisis Management, Mental Health Workplace Initiative, Public Relations, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance.

The Foundation

Nicolette Cain

As Co-Founder and CEO of ARI Global Management, Ms. Cain oversees the M&A and Investment Advisory divisions of ARIGM. She has more than 20 years of financial advising and regulatory compliance experience in the finance industry. In the roles of Compliance Risk Officer, Managing Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance Divisions at several top Fortune 500 Companies (Washington Mutual Bank " acquired by JP Morgan Chase", Ocwen Financial & Dovenmuehle Mortgage Servicing) where responsibilities were regulatory compliance development and oversight of the real estate lending divisions with a portfolio of over $20 billion.

During the successful tenure at the above companies, Ms. Cain implemented new regulatory departments, established new compliance processes, implemented compliance training for all mortgage lending/servicing departments, and oversaw the global regulatory and compliance teams located in the United States & Asian regions for the changing financial regulatory environment in the US market.

Over the past decade, Nicolette Cain has worked with CEO's, music management firms, NFL/MLB athletes, and top executive management teams providing strategic counsel on a wide array of issues in their businesses located here in the United States, Europe, Latin and Asian markets. Since 2011, Ms. Cain has raised over 50 investment finance vehicles for clients representing $5.2 billion in capital investments. Ms. Cain various responsibilities and accomplishments include commercial underwrite in excess of $10 billion of principal investments in debt/equity structures and distressed debt acquisitions. Credit Risk Management of more than $15 billion of real estate debt and equity investments. The vast work experience achieved presents Ms. Cain ability to work cross functionally as evidenced by skill sets in business restructuring, compliance assessment review, contract review & negotiation, finance, leadership & motivation, operations management and staffing. Ms. Cain passion & ultimate goal is to help businesses achieve - long term success & exponential growth with sustainability. Education: MBA - Colorado Tech Univ.

Executive Leadership

Elise Dabney

Head of Investor Relations and Member of the Investment Committee. Oversees the Investor Relations Division and is responsible for private and institutional finance investments. Ms. Dabney manages the infrastructure and fund investments in Europe and North America across a variety of sectors and strategies. 26 years of investment and corporate finance industry experience including serving as Executive Director, UBS Global Asset Management.

Prior to joining ARI, Ms. Dabney was Managing Director with UBS, where she led investments in European NPL portfolios, commercial real estate, and distressed assets. Ms. Dabney has served in a variety of senior executive roles leading significant global strategic and operational initiatives. Her experience includes leadership and board of director roles at Parkland Group LLP, Fidelity and BLW Fund Management.

Kara Athens

Elise Dabney

Head of Private Equity Division, Senior Managing Director and Member of Investment Committee. Responsible for private equity asset management and structured finance investments. 18 years of commercial real estate and asset management experience.

Prior to joining ARI, Ms. Athens was Managing Director with Accute Venture Holdings, where she led investments in global companies across a variety of industries, market cycles, and structures. Ms. Athens has led numerous investments across technology, media, gaming, and hospitality. Her experience includes board of director roles at several non profit organizations and local hospitals.

Education: B.S., Finance from Univ. of Phoenix

Simone Warner

Head of Operations and SVP of Human Resources. Ms. Warner oversees the firms operations and human resource department. She has 30 years of office management, senior executive administrative experience and human resource management.

Prior to joining ARI, Ms. Warner was Assistant VP of Human Resources and Head of Accts Payable. While at Waterford L.P., she oversaw the firm’s human resource division, vendor management and accounts payable.

Simone Warner

Chief Financial Officer and serves as Co - Chairman of the Investment Committee. Responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for the company’s financial reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting initiatives. 30 years of accounting and auditing experience in financial markets including serving as Head of Operations and Director of Financial Planning, Kipner Accounting, CPA at RSA & Company.

An accomplished finance leader, Ms. Singh has also served throughout her career in various senior positions at JP Morgan Chase, US Bank and Fortis Management.

Education: B.S., Accounting, Penn State Univ., MBA., Univ. of Phoenix and is a Chartered Management Accountant
